Situated in the heart of Pattaya, Alyn Pilates Club is a reinterpretation of a Pilates studio as a contemporary social hub—one that encourages interaction not only between instructors and clients but also among practitioners themselves. The design stems from the core idea of a “club,” where a sense of community and shared experience is fostered through spatial dynamics.

The program is organized into three primary zones: a common area, a main Pilates studio, and a private studio. At the heart of the plan lies a multifunctional reception that also operates as a juice bar, anchoring the central volume. This core is flanked by semi-lounge seating, which softens the transition between entry and circulation space. Moving inward, a custom-designed oval bench sits directly beneath a layered, elliptical ceiling feature—an architectural gesture that reinforces the spatial hierarchy and guides movement toward the adjacent studio rooms.

Material and color palette were carefully selected to set the club apart from conventional Pilates environments. Brick-pink tones dominate the interior envelope, complemented by green recycled tiles from LOQA and recurring pink-and-white stripes subtly applied throughout. These elements nod to vintage sport club aesthetics, recalling the playful energy of 1980s wellness culture while remaining grounded in sustainable, modern design values.
